TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Ellf is only providing a platform to Buyer to purchase the products and services from the Portal. Only the members of Indian Dental Association (IDA) would be able to access this facility. IDA will not be responsible for warranty / Services/ Delivery of the products nor any kind of dispute that may arise between the Buyer and the Seller.
  2. The Order placed by the Buyer shall be placed with the Seller by the Portal 2 (two) calendar days after the date of such order placed by the Buyer. In case the Buyer wants to cancel the order then the Buyer needs to update the Portal within 1 (One) calendar day from the date of such Order. The Portal shall refund the money after deduction of the Payment Gateway Charges for such a refund.
  3. Product has to be delivered to the Buyer’s location by the Seller. Seller will be responsible for any transit delay at the time of delivery and any types of damages during transit. Ellf shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of products while in transit. Shipping of products shall entirely be the responsibility of the Seller/Supplier.Responsibility to deliver the Consignment successfully at Buyer’s location would be that of the Seller. Buyer agrees and accepts that during the challenging times of the Pandemic, there can be undue delays in delivery of the Products / Services and to such extent the Buyer will not hold the Seller responsible for situations outside the latter’s control with respect to delivery.

 

  1. In a situation where the Consignment is not delivered to the Buyer due to lockdown situation and logistics issues within the expected reasonable time, then the Buyer may request for a refund from the Portal. The Portal shall refund the money after deduction of the Payment Gateway Charges for such a refund.

 

  1. It will be the sole responsibility of the Manufacturer / Importer/ Suppliers / Seller to provide required services to the Buyers. Service and Warranty would be handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for all products / Services. Ellf will not be liable to replace the Products / Services and the liability to replace any such Product / Services is that of the Manufacturer/Importer/ Suppliers / Seller only as and wherever applicable. All types of Warranty and Services will be Seller’s responsibility.
  2. Ellf and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only. Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer /Supplier only and Ellf may assist the Buyers in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced as the case be, from the Seller. Seller will comply with all Warranties / Replacement and Services as undertaken by the Seller with the Portal at the time of On-boarding and being part of this Arrangement with Ellfwithin reasonable time after receipt of the complain / request from the Buyer.
  3. The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back.
  4. Upon receipt of product, in case there is a quality issue or any other valid concern, the buyer would intimate the Portal as well as the Seller at the same timewithin 1 (One) calendar day after the receipt of the product as per the Proof of Delivery (POD) uploaded by the Seller on the Portal. Ellf will not be liable to replace the Products, which are not as per the mentioned quality or for any reason whatsoever. The liability to replace any such Product / Service is that of the Seller as and wherever applicable. A chart of Payment gateway charges is given below:

  1. In case of any refund arising due to any reason whatsoever, the portal will refund the money to the Buyer after deduction of the Payment Gateway charges within 7 (seven) Banking Days after such monies become due.

 

  1. IDA is committed to serve the Doctors’ community by offering this service on a‘without any profit-making’ basis. IDA has endeavoured to get best possible deal for our members and offer the best quality of products / services available. However, it will be the Buyers / Members responsibility to verify and satisfy about the quality and standards of products whether it conforms to the norms and guidelines prescribed by Government from time to time.
