Dear Doctors,

We are trying our best to deliver the material in time but following are some reasons behind delay, please cooperate us. 

1)    Delivery will be made subject to availability as per our T&C.

2)    3M Head office has already forwarded the Orders to the distributor of the respective City, across Indian.

3)    Delivery has already started at many places through our distributor all over India, where stock is available, on the basis of first come first served.

4)    Delivery of material is delayed due to High Volume of the Purchase orders, Insufficient availability and Logistic problems on the places where there is cantonment zone due to covid-19 Pandemic.

5)    Our distributor will contact you (IDA Members/Buyers) and will convince about the delivery of your order.

       So Please keep patience, your order will be delivered as soon as the stock is available at our distributor place.

Following Terms & Condition of the Company/Vendor 3M will apply to the buyer:-

Please note that this arrangement doesn’t ensure supply of orders in full and the request will be serviced subject to availability. Please note some other understanding we need have about this arrangement:

1. Objective of this engagement is to help IDA members get the products at the right product at right price and from right channel.
2. A dentist can order max 20 each of FFP1 & FFP2 in a month. No repeat order will be allowed in the same month.
3. Dentist is eligible for a repeat of same qty every month. Same order form can be used to place the orders for subsequent orders
4. Above rates doesn’t include the delivery charges, which will extra. Charges at distributor discretion.
5. Dentist can place orders from 3^rd June and the supplies will start from 15^th June onwards – subject to availability in the respective city.
6. All the supplies & payment will be done directly to 3M authorized distributors.
7. 3M has all the rights to discontinue the promotion without prior notice.
